Midwest Gear Solutions – Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Name Panels – All Sales Final

All name panels sold by Midwest Gear Solutions are custom manufactured to the specifications provided by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom name panels once an order has been placed.

Exceptions – Errors or Defects

We will, of course, make it right if the issue is on our end.

Midwest Gear Solutions will replace or remake a name panel if:

  • The product received does not match the approved order details, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

Customer Errors

Midwest Gear Solutions is not responsible for errors resulting from:

  • Incorrect spelling, sizing, font, color, or layout approved by the customer

  • Information submitted incorrectly at the time of order

  • Changes requested after production has started

Orders produced exactly as approved are not eligible for return or replacement.

Order Approval Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review all order details carefully before submission

  • Confirm spelling, formatting, size, and specifications

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Issues

If an order is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Provide photos so we can assist with a carrier claim if applicable
