Shipping time begins after production is complete.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and selected service level.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or provided on your invoice/quote.

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Midwest Gear Solutions is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been accepted by USPS or UPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify Midwest Gear Solutions within 7 days of delivery

Retain all original packaging materials

We will assist with a carrier claim if applicable. Replacement or resolution will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages refused, returned, or unclaimed by the carrier may be subject to:

Return shipping fees

Reshipping costs
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Shipping to Departments & Municipal Facilities
Customers shipping to fire stations, departments, or municipal buildings are responsible for ensuring:

Proper delivery instructions are provided

The facility is able to accept deliveries during carrier hours
Midwest Gear Solutions is not responsible for lost packages due to internal handling at the delivery location.
