Midwest Gear Solutions – Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Midwest Gear Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.

1. Products Offered

Midwest Gear Solutions sells custom firefighter name panels manufactured to customer-provided specifications. All products are made to order and personalized.

2. Custom Orders & Final Sale

All name panels are custom-made and produced based on information submitted or approved by the customer.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

3. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Sizes

  • Fonts

  • Colors

  • Layouts

  • Any department-specific requirements

Orders are manufactured exactly as approved or submitted.
Errors approved by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacement.

4. Errors, Defects, and Replacements

Midwest Gear Solutions will replace or remake an item only if:

  • The product does not match the approved order details, or

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify:

  • Notification must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or remake is warranted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Midwest Gear Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If an order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Retain all packaging

  • Provide photos for claim evaluation

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or misuse

8. Use of Products

Products are intended for professional use in firefighter personal protective equipment. Midwest Gear Solutions is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Gear Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, revenue, or departmental downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, images, and branding used by Midwest Gear Solutions remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
